About Us

Our accounting firm was originally founded in 1974 and conducted business as Robert S. Babaian & Company, Certified Public Accountants. In 2009, we changed our name and continued operating as Babaian CPA Associates PLLC and will continue to give our clients the high level of service that they have become accustomed to, while integrating new partners and experience. The firm is currently comprised of 15 employees, consisting of professional and administrative staff.

We provide accounting, tax, financial reporting, estate and trust planning and computer services for a diverse clientele consisting of all size businesses. Our client work consists of working with manufacturing, retail, professional services, distribution, real estate and printing businesses. Our clients conduct business in various entity forms as "C" corporations, "S" corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and sole proprietorships. We also provide services to non-profit organizations and foreign clientele.

Our client base has steadily grown over the years; a fact that we believe demonstrates a high degree of client satisfaction. We make ourselves available to our clients for consultations in a timely fashion and when situations arise that require immediate attention. We are always available to discuss year-end tax planning so as to provide creative tax and accounting strategies tailored to our individual and businesses clients. In addition, we try to keep our clients cognizant of changes in the tax laws and industry.

Our firm is separate from others in that we feel that communication with our clients is a key component to a satisfactory business relationship.We encourage our clients to be as forthcoming and direct with comments and critiques of our services as we are in furnishing our advice to them.
